“Those who struggle with anxiety often don’t realize how it has interfered with their life; they just try to live with it. There is hope, however. The template for change starts with educating yourself about the role anxiety plays in your life. Then, it’s about learning behavioral coping skills and identifying unhealthy thinking styles. With practice, patience, and persistence, a better, healthier life awaits you. Be proactive, don’t waste another day stuck in your old patterns. At the ARC, we are here to support you on your journey to recovery.” -Caroline Hall
