The Anxiety Resource Center has a variety of Workshops and Events taking place throughout the year. These opportunities provide a way to help you manage your anxiety and improve your mental wellness. Don’t forget to check out our weekly Support Group offerings.

Movement Eases Anxiety
Our weekly support groups offer an opportunity to connect with others who have anxiety. On the last Wednesday of each month, we are dedicating time to explore a topic related to anxiety disorders.
For the month of June, we will be discussing how movement and fitness can help our anxiety. This will be an opportunity to learn new ways to incorporate movement into your days, as well as share what activities help you. If you would like to attend, please be sure to sign up below.

ARC Book Club
The ARC Book Club was created to keep people sharing, connecting, and reading during the pandemic. Many have commented on how it’s been helpful to connect in this way and have become regular members of our Club. We hope you’ll consider being a part of our next group in the fall.
Curious about what we’ve been reading? Here are the books we have enjoyed together:
- The Gifts of Imperfection by Brene Brown
- The Rosie Project by Graeme Simsion
- Grayson by Lynne Cox
- Wintering: The Power of Rest and Retreat by Katerine May
